Key ResponsibilitiesManage BMS projects from initial handover through to commissioning and final completion.Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans.Lead project engineers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project performance, costs, risks and programme milestones.Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.Identify and manage project variations and commercial opportunities.Support and develop engineers within the team.Produce and maintain project documentation, progress reports and other relevant records.
