BMS Project Manager required for our client, a leading provider of smart building solutions who offer integrated BMS, energy management, and compliance services across commercial properties all over Europe, with a salary of up to -65k on offer along with a comprehensive benefits package.
This role will be based across London and the surrounding areas and will involve overseeing and managing multiple BMS installation and refurbishment projects within the commercial sector. The main bulk of our client''s projects will involve Trend systems, so experience with Trend is essential, but experience with systems such as Schneider, Siemens, and Tridium is also desirable.
BMS Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day process of large-scale BMS system projects across London and the surrounding areas
- Provide technical oversight and support to clients and on-site teams, both internally and contractors
- Create full project life cycle plans, from the initial design and submission stage through to client handover, and manage these effectively throughout the project
- Manage project compliance, performance, and internal teams
- Complete site inspections and manage teams on efficiency and quality
BMS Project Manager Job Requirements
- Strong background within BMS installation project management
- Experienced in Trend systems essential, with experience in Schneider, Siemens, and/or Tridium desirable
- Good understanding of how building services systems integrate with BMS, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems
- Previous BMS engineering experience highly desirable
- Based within a commutable distance of London and the surrounding areas
- Qualifications including PMP, PRINCE2, and BMS-specific qualifications are highly desirable
