We''re looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join a leading building automation specialist delivering high-profile commercial, healthcare, education and critical environment projects across London and the South East. You''ll take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from award to completion.
• Oversee project costs, programmes, resources and subcontractors.
• Attend client and site progress meetings.
• Manage procurement, technical submissions and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience managing BMS projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and project finances.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
