The role: * Managing BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and completion * Producing and managing project programmes, budgets and resource plans * Leading project engineers, site teams and subcontractors * Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact * Monitoring project costs, risks, progress and key milestones * Managing variations and identifying commercial opportunities * Ensuring projects meet health and safety and quality requirements * Supporting and developing engineers within the team * Completing project documentation and reports Looking for: * Proven BMS Project Management experience * Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems * Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar platforms * Strong project planning, organisational and leadership skills * Commercial awareness ...
