About the Role
RGB seeks a BMS Project Manager for a contract assignment in Central London, offering £65,000 to £80,000 per annum. You will oversee building management system projects from sales handover to completion, managing scope, programme, budget, and quality. Duties include coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, plus handling planning, reporting, RFIs, and technical submissions. You will monitor costs, variations, and risks, resolving issues promptly while ensuring safe, efficient delivery per site procedures. This role includes a 40-hour working week, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, a company vehicle or allowance, and a mobile phone and laptop. Prior experience managing BMS projects is essential.

Duties:
- Manage BMS projects from sales handover through to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, programme, budget and quality.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project planning, reporting, RFIs, technical submissions and key documentation.
- Monitor costs, variations, risks and project progress, taking action to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with company and site procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience managing BMS, controls or technical building services projects.
- Background delivering projects valued around £2m–£4m or above.
- Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure or complex commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems such as Metasys, Tridium, Trend or similar.
- Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant site safety accreditation such as Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent is desirable.
