BMS Project Manager - Central London The client I''m supporting have an abundance of BMS project work which requires addtional BMS project maangement skill sets, they typically deliver Trend, Tridium, Delta and Struxureware BMS projects within commerical and high spec residential buildings. The BMS Project Manager will work closely with the Director who has a solid background within the BMS industry, he is a personable, fair and realistic individual. He is keen to fill his BMS Project Manager role''s with pro-active, engaged, productive individuals that can support and oversee BMS projects in London (ranging from 100k - multi millions). The BMS Project Manager should have a skill set and experience around; - Basic contractual conditions - BMS / Electrical background - Managing large or multi small-medium sized BMS projects - Account managing - Progress reporting - Overall project management on site, coordinating direct reports and sub contractors - Liasining with internal teams (install, design, commissioning etc) The BMS Project Manager can expect a package of; + basic salary of between 65,000 - 75,000 per annum + car or allowance + pension + private health + 25 days holiday + laptop + company mobile and more The BMS Project Manager will be joining a well structured, secure company of choice when it comes to BMS project delivery, they have a solid reputation and are one of the longest standing BMS specialists in the UK.
