Alecto is partnered with an exciting specialist within Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building integration.

The business has been established for 22 years and are a very forward thinking and innovative company in the sectors.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.

The Role:

• The role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all project works
• Ensuring a professional and first class service to internal stakeholders and customers alike
• Delivering BMS / BEMS projects on time and on budget
• Full cost management of allocated projects
• Responsible for procurement of control items, sizing control valves etc
• Assisting in the coordination of internal and external resources

Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with a good technical understanding of building management systems
• Technical expertise on multiple BMS / HVAC products
• Ability to work well in a team but also independently
• Strong leadership qualities
• Commercial awareness
• Experienced within a project management position and have delivered a range of BMS Project related works

Salary:

• -75,000 - -80,000
