BMS Project Engineer

Are you an experienced BMS Project Engineer looking for a role where you can take ownership of exciting Building Management System projects from design through to successful completion? We are working with a leading BMS specialist based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking to strengthen their Projects Team with an experienced Project Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in BMS controls who enjoys managing projects, solving technical challenges, and delivering high-quality solutions for clients. The Role As a BMS Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, electricians, subcontractors, and clients to oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initial design through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities: Manage BMS projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design and installation through to commissioning and handover Review project requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations Produce and manage technical documentation including submittals, progress reports, commissioning reports, and OandM manuals Develop BMS control system designs, including: Control panel drawings Control valve selections Descriptions of operation DDC strategies Graphics requirements Coordinate with internal teams, ..... full job details .....
