This is a key technical role responsible for managing the delivery, coordination, testing and commissioning of BMS and ELV systems through to final handover. Key Responsibilities Manage BMS and ELV packages from installation through to commissioning. Coordinate BMS and ELV activities with the design team, contractors and vendors. Chair BMS workshops with the design team and BMS provider. Act as the main point of contact for BMS/ELV vendors on site. Review drawings, RFIs and technical submittals. Coordinate third-party vendors to ensure commissioning remains on programme. Attend daily coordination, commissioning, client and vendor meetings. Review L3 testing and system performance outputs.
