BMS Package Manager

They are currently looking for a seasoned BMS Package Manager to join a major data centre project team in Dublin. This position focuses on overseeing the delivery, integration, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems, ensuring a seamless handover to the end user.
Key Responsibilities
Package Oversight: Lead the delivery of BMS/EPMS packages, managing the process from initial installation through to final commissioning.
Technical Coordination: Preside over BMS workshops involving the design team and service providers; participate in daily coordination sessions and site briefings.
Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, proactively resolving any on-site technical or logistical issues.
Design Management: Review technical drawings, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring all design-related queries are progressed efficiently.
Programme Alignment: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure all commissioning milestones stay on schedule.
Meetings & Reporting: Attend essential commissioning, client, and vendor meetings; review Level 3 testing outputs, including system performance and visual verification.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed works for QA/QC sign-off.
Documentation: Manage the upload of commissioning data to the Cx portal, maintaining accurate tracking of project status.
Required Skills & Experience
Educational Background: A degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a Controls-related discipline.
Industry Experience: Proven experience managing BMS/EPMS systems within large-scale construction environments, preferably within the data centre sector.
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of building automation, system integration, and commissioning protocols.
Coordination Skills: Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and managing multi-vendor environments.
Communication: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
