We are looking for a BMS Operations Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The BMS Operations Manager, will be responsible for: Perform BMS installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Provide technical support and lead your team. Handle administrative tasks (timesheets, performance reviews). Foster strong client relationships and manage escalations. To be successful for this BMS Operations Manager role you must have: 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems. Leadership potential with prior management experience. Proficiency with BMS technologies (Trend, Honeywell, Siemens). Relevant engineering qualifications and HVAC/electrical experience.
