BMS Maintenance Engineer

The Role As a BMS Maintenance Engineer, you''ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting Building Management Systems across a variety of commercial sites, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs Maintaining and supporting Trend and/or Tridium Building Management Systems Maintaining system backups, software and licences Producing detailed service reports with recommendations for remedial works Surveying sites for maintenance contracts and small works Updating asset registers and system documentation Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency Participating in the on-call rota About You We''re looking for someone with genuine ..... full job details .....
