BMS Engineer Leading University Long-Term ContractWe''re working exclusively with a prestigious London university to recruit an experienced BMS Engineer to support multiple building systems projects across their estate. Pay: £36.46 per hour (Outside IR35) Duration: 6-12 months Location: London (Hybrid)About the RoleThe BMS Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the effective performance, optimisation and maintenance of Building Management Systems across a diverse and complex university estate.What You''ll Be DoingMonitoring, maintaining and optimising the BMS and control systems across campusSupporting project delivery on BMS upgrades, integrations and system improvementsWorking closely with MandE teams, contractors and stakeholdersDiagnosing system faults and implementing effective solutionsAssisting with reporting on system performance, energy efficiency and complianceCoordinating with external service providers and ensuring works meet standardsWhat We''re Looking For Strong experience with BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell or similar) Understanding of HVAC, MandE services and building controls Ability to work across multiple sites and manage system-related projects Experience in public sector or large, complex estates is highly desirable Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent hands-on BMS ..... full job details .....
