BMS Service Engineer - Trend Biased Location: South East London / M25 Area Salary: 40k+ for Senior Engineers / 30-40k for Trainees (Up to 55k for experienced candidates) Benefits: Car allowance or company car, travel expenses covered, 25 days holidayWe''re working with a leading independent BMS specialist, to find an experienced Trend-biased BMS Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of sites-ranging from NHS facilities and schools to high-end residential projects-delivering service excellence and energy efficiency.The Role: As a key member of the service team, you''ll be responsible for:Liaising with site engineers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth service deliveryCompleting PPM tasks, remedial works, and reactive callsProducing clear and accurate service/call-out reportsParticipating in the on-call rota (1 week in 6)Potential involvement in remedial installs, system validations, and energy optimisation reportingTech Stack:Primarily Trend, with additional exposure to Tridium and Distech systemsThe Ideal Candidate:Strong Trend experience preferred (open to other BMS backgrounds)Methodical, solution-focused, and client-friendlyLocated within or near the South East London/M25 areaPackage and Benefits:Salary: 30-40k (Trainee) / 40k+ (Senior) - up to 55k for highly experienced engineersCar allowance or company carTravel expensesCompany bonuses (performance-based)25 days holiday + bank holidaysAll travel within ..... full job details .....
