BMS Engineer

BMS Service Engineer - City of London

We are looking BMS Engineers with strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS and controls automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning of small systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Creating and managing point-to-point lists
• Working closely with Service Managers
• Calibrating sensors and valve actuators
• Liaising with clients and site managers
• Working on multiple small to medium-sized projects

Systems & Protocols:

• Systems: Tridium, Trend, Centraline, Distech
• Protocols: Modbus, BACnet, Lon

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BMS strategy
• Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Good knowledge in Tridium, Trend and Centraline products
• Knowledge of controls automation equipment, e.g. variable frequency drives
• Basic understanding of relevant industry standards is desirable
