Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leading provider of building management systems. They have been established for over 30 years, are a national business and work with superb and prestigious clients.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a BMS Engineer to cover the Leeds / West Yorkshire regions.

Salary & Benefits:

• -45,000 - -50,000

The position:

• As BMS Engineer, this position will involve undertaking preventative maintenance and diagnostics on BMS Systems
• Produce concise reports from BMS Visits
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Provide routing inspections of BMS equipment
• Respond to customer service calls

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineer
• Ideally you will be familiar with Trend IQ systems
• Exposure to other BMS Systems such as Tridium, Schneider will be great but is not essential
• Proven experience and ability to diagnose faults
• Strong in service, maintenance and repairs
• HVAC Plant experience
