The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing and fault-finding of Building Management Systems (BMS) , working closely with the M&E project team and other specialist subcontractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer looking for a long-term freelance assignment with an established contractor. Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning and testing of BMS control systems. BMS panel and controls installation. Carrying out point-to-point testing. Fault finding and diagnostics. Programming and modifying BMS systems where required. Integration of mechanical plant and HVAC equipment into the BMS. Trend logging and system optimisation. Reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical and BMS drawings. Working alongside mechanical and electrical engineers. Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager and commissioning team.
