Lead collaboration with internal teams and specialist consultants to develop and implement BMS performance management systems and maintenance strategies. Review surveys and action plans; track and close out rectification works. Lead site investigations, technical assessments and data capture to ensure compliant, safe and well-maintained assets throughout their lifecycle. Provide expert recommendations on repairs, improvements, maintenance and investment to deliver best value, innovation and compliance.
