Due to their continued growth with commercial and industrial clients, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Engineer for London.The position will work on a range of BMS Projects Salary and Benefits: 50,000 - 55,000Car OR Car AllowanceOvertime7.5% Pension scheme and rising to 10% with servicePrivate healthcare25 days holiday + bank holidaysGenerous bonus scheme The Role: Working as a mobile engineer and travelling to various sites within the London regionProviding routine inspections of BMS equipmentRespond to customer service call outsCarry out small repairs and remedial worksUndertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building management systems. Requirements: We are seeking an experienced building management systems (BMS) engineerYou will be familiar with BMS systems such as: Trend IQ Vision, Schneider, Tridium, Honeywell, Schneider etcGood experience of HVAC PlantElectrical skills would be an advantage but is not essentialGood knowledge of communication protocols such as: Modbus, BACnet, KNX etcProfessional and excellent customer service skills.
