BMS Design EngineerLocation: City of London / LondonSalary: 40,000 - 55,000 per annum DOEJob Type: Permanent, Full-timePAYE or Self-Employed options availableImmediate start availableWe are currently working with a leading BMS and smart buildings specialist who are looking for an experienced BMS Design Engineer to join their team, initially supporting a major live project in the City of London.This is a great opportunity for a technically strong BMS Engineer who wants to develop beyond purely design or commissioning, with the opportunity to progress into a Project Engineer position and take greater ownership of projects from design through to delivery.The RoleYou will initially support the technical design and delivery of a live BMS project in Central London, before progressing into increased project responsibility on upcoming works.Produce and develop BMS/EMS designs and technical documentationCreate points schedules, DBOs and control strategiesDesign and specify control panels, valves, actuators and field devicesDevelop BMS/EMS networks and system architectureCoordinate with mechanical, electrical and other project disciplinesSupport BMS software, graphics and systems integrationAssist with FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning activitiesProvide technical support throughout installation and project deliveryProduce and maintain as-built documentation and OandM informationLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teamsSupport projects through commissioning, ..... full job details .....
