This is an immediate requirement with an initial 3-month contract, forming part of a wider 12-month programme. The role offers flexible working, with remote working available and the option of ad-hoc (2-3 days per week) or full-time support. Project Overview You''ll be responsible for producing complete BMS design packages for multiple hyperscale data centre developments, including one project in Frankfurt and two in London. The work is focused around the detailed design phase (equivalent to RIBA Stages 3 & 4) and will involve developing site-specific control documentation for each project.
