Responsibilities
Manage the entire design process of each project to ensure that it links with the overall strategy of how the project is to be deliveredProduce point schedules, equipment schedules, Network topologies and Description of OperationsTake responsibility for all equipment procurementEnsure full engagement with the respective Project Manager and understand the time frame to deliver each design task/element to meet the project programmeWork to tight deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards throughoutInterpret electrical drawings, control schematics and MEP drawings confidently and accuratelyProvide technical support and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
Positive and proactive approach to Health and SafetyFamiliarity with Trend or Schneider StruxureWare systems preferably, but also Siemens, Tridium or Distech; training can be provided for the right candidateDemonstrable experience as a BMS Design Engineer, ideally with some knowledge around metering and third-party interfacingDemonstrable experience with understanding air, hydraulic and electrical systemsProficiency in reading electrical and control wiring diagramsGood ability to maintain records, trackers and reportsStrong teamworking and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and a quality-first attitudeFlexibility to travel to sites across Central London and nearby areas, when required
