Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 – Company Car, Paid Training & Certifications, Pension, 20 days holiday + more

About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced BMS Controls Engineer to join their team. The role involves servicing, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC controls and building management systems, as well as providing technical support to customers. The position is primarily site-based, with some time spent at the office.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and adapt BMS systems on-site
• Provide remote technical assistance to customers
• Support contracts and commissioning teams on new projects
• Contribute to system upgrades and continuous improvement

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience servicing Building Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC plant and associated equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Competent in minor software/graphics changes
• Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification
• Experience with Distech, Tridium, Trend, or similar systems
• Familiarity with BACnet, SIPP, Modbus protocols desirable
• CSCS/ECS or JIB registration (ECS BMS Technician card preferred)
• Full, clean driving licence
