BMS Bureau EngineerLocation: Essex / Hybrid Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Package: Company car or car allowance + private healthcare + pension + 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off + hybrid workingWork with BMS data from the office - and help buildings perform better.We''re looking for a BMS Bureau Engineer to join a technically focused team supporting customers remotely through BMS monitoring, diagnostics and optimisation.It''s a great opportunity for a BMS engineer who enjoys the technical side of controls but wants to spend less time travelling between sites.ResponsibilitiesRemotely monitor customer BMS systems.Identify faults and abnormal building behaviour.Analyse trends and BMS data.Carry out remote diagnostics and technical support.Identify opportunities for energy optimisation.Liaise with site engineers and customers.Produce technical reports and recommendations.Escalate issues requiring site attendance.Support service teams with remote technical assistance.Monitor system performance and alarms.ExperiencePrevious BMS engineering experience.Good understanding of HVAC and controls.Experience with BMS graphics, alarms and trend data.Strong fault-finding ability.Comfortable working with software and building data.Strong communication skills.Experience with Trend or similar systems advantageous.For more information please contact:(url ..... full job details .....
