Alecto Recruitment is supporting our client who are looking to hire a BMS Bureau Engineer within their Energy & Building Performance team.

Our client is a very established and successful building management systems (BMS) specialist, who due to continued growth, is looking to hire within their team.

This is a hybrid level position that will offer a diverse range of responsibilities and be very client and customer facing.

Salary & Benefits:

• -35,000 - -45,000
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Car allowance of -6600.00 OR Company car

Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with a passion for building controls / building management systems (BMS)
• Ideally have a strong understanding of BMS Systems or IT Systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ideally have experience / ability to provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for on-site BMS engineers, customers, and contractors across Trend, Tridium, and Procomm systems.
• First-line and second-line support collaboration
• Customer support and relationship management - Problem-solving and fault analysis under pressure
• Any experience within IT, or Programming languages
• Experience with BMS Systems or communication protocols such as BACnet OR Modbus

This is a diverse BMS Support position that will be responsible for;

• Cover remote call outs, energy audits
• Trend 963 to IQVision graphic conversions
• FDD & EMS analytics with monthly meetings with client to discuss data, insights etc
• remote platform setup
