The Role: BMC Helix Architect Location: London - Paddington, UK Position Type: Contract Inside IR35 Remote work option Available: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite Job Description: Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Strong experience working with CIS Controls v8.1 and implementing security best practices. Strong experience in designing and implementing BMC Helix solutions including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation platforms. Hands-on expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, integrations, workflows, forms, escalations and service management processes. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT service management best practices. Experience integrating BMC Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party enterprise platforms. Knowledge of automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilities within BMC Helix environments. Experience working within large-scale enterprise or retail environments supporting transformation and operational improvement programs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex platform and integration issues. Experience in platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning and environment optimization activities. Ability to produce architecture documentation, solution designs, technical standards and operational procedures.
