Blue Yonder Discrete Consultant Location: remote (UK based)Employment Type: contract (6 months+) Rate: depending on experience (outside IR35) We''re looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Discrete Consultant to join a global logistics company on a contract basis (6 months initially). The role focuses on configuration and continuous improvement across Blue Yonder Discrete solutions, optimising system performance, resolving issues and delivering enhancements. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Blue Yonder Discrete solutions across both Front End and Back End environments. Develop and modify SQL queries, MOCA commands, triggers and system configurations. Analyse trace files to diagnose issues and identify root causes. Manage incidents, troubleshoot application issues and deliver timely resolutions. Gather business requirements, facilitate process mapping and translate needs into effective system solutions. Deliver configuration changes, system enhancements and ad-hoc reporting requests. Support testing activities, including system, integration and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with business users to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and best practice. Key requirements: Proven experience supporting and configuring Blue Yonder Discrete solutions. Strong SQL and MOCA development skills. Experience creating and maintaining triggers, commands and system configurations. Expertise in both Back End and Front End configuration and system enhancements. ..... full job details .....
