Location: LondonJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Competitive (dependent on experience)We are looking for a dependable and experienced Construction Site Handyman to join our team on projects across London. This is a hands-on role supporting site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained, and carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to keep projects running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general site maintenance and repairs.Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and finishing works.Install and repair temporary site fixtures, hoardings, fencing, and signage.Assist with snagging works and preparing completed areas for handover.Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.Support site managers and trades with general labour and maintenance duties.Report defects, damaged equipment, and health and safety concerns.Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.RequirementsPrevious experience working on construction sites.Good all-round handyman or multi-trade skills.Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential). Green CSCS Cards are not accepted for a handyman on our sites.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.Own basic hand tools preferred. ..... full job details .....
