This is a hands-on role supporting site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained, and carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to keep projects running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Carry out general site maintenance and repairs. Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, and finishing works. Install and repair temporary site fixtures, hoardings, fencing, and signage. Assist with snagging works and preparing completed areas for handover. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment. Support site managers and trades with general labour and maintenance duties. Report defects, damaged equipment, and health and safety concerns. Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
