The role and responsibilities - Your role is to extrude the polythene film specification as described on the job sheet ensuring that any non-conforming products are removed, and optimum productivity is achieved whilst adhering to all health and safety requirements. Responsible to set and operate the extrusion machines to produce the film specification specified in the job sheet Obtain the correct raw materials, polymers, additives, cores, pallets, labels, wrapping and banding as specified on the job specification sheet and required to efficiently carry out the job. Keep all blenders and extruders supplied with correct materials and load into bulk bins Monitor the performance of the extrusion machine ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times Carry out efficient job...
