Key Responsibilities: Supervise all blockwork and masonry activities across major industrial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries to meet programme requirements. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards. Monitor workmanship and carry out regular quality inspections. Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks and safety meetings. Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. Work closely with engineering and project teams to resolve technical and construction issues. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to Site and Project Management.
