Job Title: Lead / Hands-On Blockchain ArchitectLocation: UK / Fully Remote (Occasional pre-agreed travel)Duration: 8 MonthsRate: NegotiableAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Blockchain Architect to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade distributed ledger solutions. This role combines technical leadership with active coding, taking solutions from initial Proof of Concept (PoC) straight through to production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional data, cloud, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly compliant systems.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership: Lead end-to-end design of blockchain solutions, including consensus models, data structures, cryptographic frameworks, and node architectures.Platform Evaluation: Select and implement optimal blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Polygon, Avalanche) based on enterprise needs.Hands-on Engineering: Actively contribute to the development of smart contracts and core components.Integration and Scaling: Define API layers, node data flows, and enterprise integration patterns for legacy systems.Security and Governance: Implement strict security best practices (key management, node communication) and define data privacy and access models (GDPR, KYC/AML compliance).Skills and Experience RequiredOverall Experience: 8+ years of experience within software engineering and enterprise architecture.Blockchain Expertise: 3+ ..... full job details .....
