Arranging repairs, maintenance, and planned works. Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring communal areas are well maintained. Preparing and managing service charge budgets. Working with contractors, obtaining quotations, and overseeing major works. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire risk assessments, and statutory requirements. Liaising with Lease holders, residents, and contractors to resolve issues promptly. Managing insurance claims and ensuring appropriate building insurance is in place. ..... full job details .....
