Block ManagerOA are recruiting for aBlock Manager to join our client s dynamic and growing team.We''re looking for Block Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and maintenance contracts and to communicate with clients and leaseholders/freeholders in line with contracted management agreement to run and maintain their block/development accordinglyLocation: BorehamwoodHours: Monday Friday. 9am-5:30pm. Hybrid working considered.Salary: £35,000-£45,000 depending on experienceBlock Manager Benefits 20 days annual leave per annum plus Bank HolidaysCar Salary Sacrifice schemeOne month sabbatical after 10 years serviceStar of the weekEmployee of the month Block Manager Key Responsibilities Preparing annual service charge budgetsInsurance claims handlingInspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided are satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.Health and Safety ComplianceCoordinate contractorsLiaise with other team members and departmentsBuilding strong and proactive relationships with your clientsRespond to leasehold enquires in an efficient mannerAttend external meetings as needed Block Manager Skills and Experience Strong management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsGood attention to detailThe ability to multitaskYou will ideally be IRPM qualifiedKnowledge of property management principles and procedures.Good soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and ..... full job details .....
