Property Manager OA are recruiting for a Property Manager to join our client s dynamic and growing team.We''re looking for Property Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and maintenance contracts and to communicate with clients and leaseholders/freeholders in line with contracted management agreement to run and maintain their block/development accordinglyLocation: BorehamwoodHours: Monday Friday. 9am-5:30pm.Salary: £35,000-£45,000 depending on experienceProperty Manager Benefits 20 days annual leave per annum plus Bank HolidaysCar Salary Sacrifice schemeOne month sabbatical after 10 years serviceStar of the weekEmployee of the month Property Manager Key Responsibilities Preparing annual service charge budgetsInsurance claims handlingInspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided are satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.Health and Safety ComplianceCoordinate contractorsLiaise with other team members and departmentsBuilding strong and proactive relationships with your clientsRespond to leasehold enquires in an efficient mannerAttend external meetings as needed Property Manager Skills and Experience Strong management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skillsGood attention to detailThe ability to multitaskYou will ideally be IRPM qualifiedKnowledge of property management principles and procedures.Good soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand ..... full job details .....
