Salary: £35k - £45k Hours: 9am - 5pm Block Manager - Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and conduct regular site inspections. Oversee repairs, maintenance, contractors and major works. Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents, freeholders, RMCs and RTMs. Handle queries, complaints, emergencies and out-of-hours issues. Prepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure. Manage arrears, invoices, insurance and year-end accounts. Ensure compliance with fire, health and safety, asbestos, water hygiene and building safety requirements. Manage leases, property records, contractor documentation and Section 20 consultations.
