Block Manager – Birmingham – £40k. NEW instruction from a multi-national property management company creating a block management arm. Role to manage a portfolio of freehold blocks and grow the portfolio over time; strong potential for progression with the business.Salary and Benefits

Manage a small portfolio of freehold blocks which will grow as the portfolio expandsTake the lead on service charge budgetsChair AGMs when requiredHandle major works projects from start to finishAssist in other areas of the business (e.g., new business opportunities) while portfolio remains smallRequirements / Criteria

2+ years block management experienceGood understanding of the property sector as a wholeKeen for career progressionExcellent communication and organisational skillsFull UK driver’s licenseHow to Apply
