Job Title: Block ManagerLocation: Chelsea, LondonSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) We are working with a highly respected and well-established local agency in Chelsea, known as market leaders within the prime residential property sector. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Block Manager to join their growing team and take responsibility for a high-value, prestigious portfolio. The Role As Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-end residential blocks. You will act as the key point of contact for leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance are maintained at all times. This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
