They are seeking an experienced and motivated Block Manager to join their growing team and take responsibility for a high-value, prestigious portfolio.The Role As Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of high-end residential blocks. You will act as the key point of contact for leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance are maintained at all times.
