The development comprises a combination of high-quality residential accommodation and commercial space, together with basement car parking, resident amenities and landscaped external areas. The project involves the completion of several residential and mixed-use blocks, with works including the completion of retained reinforced concrete frames, building envelope, internal fit-out and final finishing works. The RoleAs Block Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and progress of your allocated block, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors, agency labour and site-based staff, working closely with the wider project team and reporting directly to the Site Manager.
