Job Title: General Operative - Blending / Blend Builder Location: Beaminster Job Type: Temporary (with potential to go permanent) Working Hours: 12-hour shifts working a (phone number removed) pattern (07:00-19:00) Starting Rate: 12.97 p/h + 20% shift premiumHRGO Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established, family-run business that operates within the UK''s number one fair trading company. We are currently seeking General Operatives to join their Blending team in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities:Preparing and blending teas and infusions in line with the daily production planReceiving raw materials and storing them correctly, ensuring segregation (e.g. organic, Fairtrade) is maintainedWeighing and milling ingredients accuratelyBuilding blends according to BOM (Bill of Materials) specificationsOperating and using lifting equipment such as pallet trucks, pedestrian stackers, FLT, and bag liftersFilling bulk bags, collecting samples, and completing production paperworkCleaning and maintaining blending equipment as requiredEnsuring proper segregation of organic products throughout the processMaintaining high standards of housekeeping in the blending and warehouse areasFollowing HACCP procedures and food safety standards at all timesWorking within company Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance standardsShift ..... full job details .....
