This includes executing production requirements while meeting safety, housekeeping, quality, and output targets. Operators are expected to work independently within a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:00 / 13:30 - 22:00 (rotating) Note: Due to the site''s location and alternating shift times, please ensure you can access the site. Duties Include: Ensure mixing equipment is running smoothly, within validated parameters, and in compliance with SOPs. Ensure mixing processes are carried out and documented within a high level of compliance, including but not limited to order of addition, mixing times, and other designated set points.
