Job title: Biosecurity Fellowship Manager Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Reports to: Associate Director of Biosecurity Location: Westminster, London (expectation of working from our office at least 1 day a week) Salary: c£70,000 to £75,000, depending on experience Start date: We expect to complete all interviews in September, with the successful candidate joining the team as soon as possible thereafter, subject to reference checks and notice period. About CLTR The Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) is a UK-based, non-profit and independent think tank with a mission to transform global resilience to extreme AI and biological risks. We achieve this by working with governments and institutions, offering targeted, evidence-based advice designed to enhance understanding, decision-making and governance. The Role The Biosecurity Fellowship Manager is a new and exciting role within our growing biosecurity unit. Reporting to the Associate Director for Biosecurity, this role will lead the development and implementation of the new Biosecurity Fellowship Programme pilot, which is an important part of our ''people first'' value, enabling a high-performing cohort of biosecurity expertise in the UK system.
