As part of the team at Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, you will supervise the day to day operation of the Haematology laboratory, ensuring a timely, accurate, and high quality analytical service.Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Haematology and BT seniors, coordinating rotations and training depending individual development, service requirements and user needs.Leadership and Supervision Supervise staff rotas, workflow, and daily huddles. Deputise for the Haematology Lead when required.
