Support contractual KPIs by collaborating with team leaders and account managers. Maintain accurate service records and complete all administrative tasks using relevant CMMS tool. Communicate effectively with hospital staff and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and follow-up. Assist the wider engineering team in achieving local and global service goals .
