Qualified Biology Teacher (with QTS)
for a secondary schools in the London borough of Camden. You will take full responsibility for teaching biology and promoting the subject to students, ensuring they engage in a comprehensive and active learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Biology Teacher with a passion for motivating students and fostering their knowledge of subject.Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging biology lessons in line with the school curriculumCreate a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participationManage and maintain student behaviour effectively, ensuring a productive and respectful atmosphereMonitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support where neededCollaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular initiativesCommit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenQualifications
Hold QTS or equivalentHave experience teaching biology in a secondary school settingPossess a strong understanding of the national curriculumBe a passionate educator with high expectations for student learning and behaviourBe a team player who can collaborate effectively with other staffHave the ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students to achieve their potentialBe committed to the safeguarding and welfare of childrenECTs with experience are welcome to applyHow to apply
