The Role Deliver engaging and differentiated Biology lessons to secondary-aged students. Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, including Autism. Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and senior leaders. Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) . Proven experience working within a SEND setting .
