About the Biology Teacher Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated-Biology Teacher-to join our high-achieving Science department. The successful-Biology Teacher-will have the opportunity to teach-Biology-across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with engaging lessons and a passion for the subject.

Responsibilities of the Biology Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality-Biology-lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to explore-Biology-concepts and develop their scientific skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress in-Biology, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development of the-Biology-curriculum and departmental resources.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of-Biology-teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in-Biology-or a related field.
• Experience teaching-Biology-at the secondary level.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for-Biology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for-Biology-and a commitment to inspiring students.
