We are seeking a talented and committed Biology Teacher to join a high-performing Science faculty at an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Reading. This is a full-time role commencing in September 2025, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about biology and student success.

Role Details

• Deliver engaging and rigorous Biology lessons across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5

• Collaborate with a well-structured and resource-rich Science department

• Participate in extracurricular science clubs, trips, and competitions

• Focus on fostering scientific curiosity, literacy, and independent thinking

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A degree in Biology or a closely related science field with QTS

• Experience of teaching Biology at GCSE; A-Level desirable

• Excellent classroom practice, clear differentiation skills

• Committed to upholding high academic and behavioural standards
