This is a brilliant opportunity to share your love for life sciences and guide students through the wonders of biology across Key Stages 3 and 4, with exciting potential for Key Stage 5 (A-level).

What you'll be doing:

• You'll be planning and delivering dynamic Biology lessons, making complex scientific concepts both accessible and exciting for students of all abilities, tailored for girls.
• It's about leading practical experiments, encouraging rigorous scientific inquiry, and developing students' analytical and problem-solving skills in a lively classroom.
• You'll contribute to the wider life of the Science department, perhaps assisting with science clubs or engaging in research projects.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Biology.
• Experience teaching inspiring and effective Biology lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 for girls is highly desirable.
• A deep and current understanding of the Biology curriculum, coupled with excellent laboratory skills.
• Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire scientific curiosity.
